We attempt to ship all orders within 24-48 hours
(excluding weekends) from when the order is placed however there may occasionally be
stock shortages which we will advise you of within this timeframe. The majoritiy of
UK orders are sent out for next business day delivery but please allow up to 5 days
for delivery.
Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple
different criterias such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping
method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping
cart, select your shipping method and proceed to checkout. You will be given your
shipping options and fees prior to your order being placed. Most Shipments
under 20Kg to the Mainland UK are only £6.95! On orders with more than one
main item or to be sent outwith the mainland UK, you may be subject to additional
shipping charges which we will advise you of when we process the order. This may
involve us refunding your payment and requesting that you re-pay for the items if
you wish to go ahead with the order. Due to price fluctuation on power tools, we
can not always offer price protection on already shipped products.
Campbell Miller (Tools) Ltd. will always make every attempt possible
to deliver product(s) ordered on time. Campbell Miller (Tools) Ltd. is not responsible
for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Campbell Miller
(Tools) Ltd. bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee
Strikes or any other complications caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers.
Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.
Return Policy/Procedures
You have the right to cancel any order up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery. If you wish to
do this, please contact us to arrange uplift - please return items with their original
packaging and in good condition.
After the 7 day "cooling-off period", all returns are subject to a minimum
restocking fee of 5% of the total
transaction charge and we will not refund shipping costs. Returns are processed in the
order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from
the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an
expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our
best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take an additional
5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card, PayPal, or other
payment account. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same
order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages
and we can not resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial
order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us
in writing.
