Prize Description: All prizes come from Custom Power Tools stock items, and a new prize is displayed every two months.
The Prize Draw promotion is sponsored by, Custom Power Tools.
1. One winner of Custom Power Tools will be selected by random, drawn from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Void where prohibited.
2. A new Prize Draw starts when advertised and the deadline for entries is also advertised on the Prize Draw Page.
3. To be eligible to enter the contest you do not have to have an active account with Custom Power Tools however if you wish to purchase anything please sign up via My Account. No Purchase Necessary to Enter.
4. The Contest is open only to residents of the UK. Employees, officers and directors of Custom Power Tools, their respective related companies, suppliers and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
5. Entries are limited to the following methods. Online through the form at this site.
6. On or about the 1st of every other month, Custom Power Tools will randomly select one (1) winner from among all entrants. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days, and the potential winner must respond within seven (7) days or Custom Power Tools will randomly draw a new winner.
7. The Prize has a retail value of the posted value as shown. All prizes come from Custom Power Tools stock, and a new prize is displayed every other month No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use.
8. Except where prohibited, participation in the Prize Draw Contest constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, opinions, hometown and county for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
9. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve's the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of legal or class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages. Entrant agrees to receive at least one (1) email newsletter to the email address supplied by the entry process after which the entrant may opt-out; after which the Name and address stored in the newsletter database will be deleted.
For the name, city and state of the winner and/or a set of Official Rules send a self addressed, stamped envelope to Custom Power Tools. Glasgow, Strathclyde G14 0QU Requests must be received no later than 30 days after contest deadline.
