| 1.Are your products brand new and in original packaging? |
All products sold through CustomPowerTools are brand new and genuine items sold in their original manufacturers packaging. In some situations, the packaging may have been opened - particularly if you have chosen a non-standard configuration. For example, if you have chosed upgraded batteries, we will have to open the package to do so. We will attempt to re-package the items in the original packaging as well as we can.
All items are brand new and unused. |

| 2.Can you provide a VAT invoice? |
| Yes, we send a full VAT invoice with every order. This is normally stuck on the outside of the package in a clear plastic pocket. |

| 6.My goods have been delivered and are damaged, what do I do? |
You must sign for, date and time every package we send to you. If the package looks damaged in any way you can refuse the delivery or sign for it as 'damaged'. If it has been damaged by the carrier and you have not signed for it a 'damaged' we cannot be held liable or make a claim with the carrier which may result in a delay in dealing with the matter. You must inform us immediately by e-mail, live chat (link at the top of the page) or phone (0141 954 9557) of any damaged goods. See our returns policy for more details. |

Pictures on items on our listing pages are generally manufacturers stock photos are are used for illustration only. Please check the details of the listing for the full specification of the product.
Some products may come with different options - for example with/without a battery - so the picture might not be the same the what is delivered. |

| Most deliveries in the UK are made my City-Link. They should leave a card advising that they have attempted to deliver an item. Please contact them using the number on the card to arrange re-delivery or to pick up the item. |

Currently we only offer PayPal payments through our website. You can use your Credit or Debit card through PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account.
