Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your
order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Campbell Miller (Tools) Ltd. reserves the
right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order,
including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order you will be informed
via an email prior to us billing you or if already paid you will be refunded in full and requested to re-send
appropriate paymnet. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change
without notice. Campbell Miller (Tools) Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to
accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded

Typographical Errors

is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, Campbell

Sales Tax/ International orders
Campbell Miller (Tools) Ltd. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be
delivered to addresses outwith the United Kingdom. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes,

International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of
destination. Campbell Miller (Tools) Ltd. is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import
fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Campbell Miller (Tools) Ltd.
